TAF Decor Backorder Notice
At TAF Decor, we’re excited to be serving you as a newly launched business and truly appreciate your support.
As we grow, some of our items may occasionally be backordered due to high demand, weather conditions, or supplier shipping delays. We want to be upfront so you always know what to expect while shopping with us.
What Does Backordered Mean?
A backordered item is temporarily out of stock but still available for purchase.
Once the item arrives at our facility, it will be prepared and shipped out promptly.
Estimated arrival or shipping timelines will be shared at checkout or by email.
Reserving Your Item
When you place an order for a backordered item, payment is collected to secure your item in the next incoming shipment. This ensures your order is prioritized as soon as inventory arrives.
Shipping Timeframes
We aim to ship backordered items within the estimated timeframe provided. Occasionally, factors such as weather or transportation delays may affect arrival times. If anything changes, we will notify you right away with updated information.
Shipping Option
If you are purchasing a backordered item, please select the (Backorder Sale – Use Only) shipping option at checkout.
This option ensures your order is properly processed and shipped once the item becomes available.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items:
Ready-to-ship items may ship first
Backordered items will ship separately once they arrive
There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments
Savings on Backordered Items
As a thank you for your patience and support, selected backordered items may be offered
at special early-access pricing or a limited-time discount at checkout.
Cancellations
Backordered items may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.
Once the item has been processed for shipment, our standard return policy will apply.
