By placing an order for curbside pickup with TAF Décor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
How to Schedule Your Curbside Pickup
Customers can locate and schedule their curbside pickup in one of the following ways:
Go to the footer of our website and click “Schedule Your Pickup.”
You may:
Add the pickup scheduling step during checkout, or
Schedule your pickup separately after placing your order.
Choose a pickup date and time that works best for you.
Rescheduling or Canceling a Pickup
To cancel or reschedule for a better day or time, changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Online account required:
You must have an account with TAF Décor to reschedule or cancel online.
No account?
Please call us or email us, and a team member will assist you with making the changes.
Appointment Required for Curbside Pickup
All curbside pickups require a scheduled appointment.
Customers may place orders online at any time.
For same-day curbside pickup, orders must be placed before 4:30 PM (local time).
Customers who prefer assistance may call the store or email support@shoptafonline.com to request help placing an order.
Once the request is received, a team member will contact the customer to complete the order and schedule a curbside pickup date and time.
Curbside pickup appointments are confirmed only after:
The order has been completed, and
A pickup date and time have been scheduled.
Pickup Process
A salesperson will meet you at the designated curbside pickup location at your scheduled pickup time.
To ensure accuracy and security, customers must provide:
Full name on the order
&
Order number
Orders will not be released without proper verification.
Running Late
If you will be late to your scheduled pickup time, you must notify us by calling or texting:

Please provide an estimated arrival time so staff can adjust accordingly.
Third-Party Pickup
Customers may authorize another individual to pick up their order.
If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, the original buyer must notify the store in advance and provide:
The full name of the authorized pickup person
(include this in the note section of the scheduled appointment or call or email the store)
Confirmation that the buyer approves the pickup
Without confirmation from the buyer, the order will not be released.
Condition of Items Upon Pickup
Once the order has been verified and handed over to the customer or their authorized pickup person,
the order is considered successfully delivered.
TAF Décor is not responsible for:
Damage that occurs during transportation
Damage after the order arrives at its destination
Loss, breakage, or issues arising after pickup completion
No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for damages that occur after the order has been handed to the customer.
