At TAF Decor, we strive to provide high-quality home décor products that bring style and comfort to your home. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Refunds
We accept returns for a refund on items that have not been opened from their original packaging, or if opened, are still in their original, unused condition.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Replacements
If an item is damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement item of equal value. Customers must return the damaged item before a replacement is issued.
If the original purchased item is no longer in stock, we will provide a replacement item of equal value. We will check in with you to confirm the exchanged product before finalizing.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement:

Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Follow the instructions we provide to return the item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gift cards and downloadable products (if offered in the future) are non-refundable.
