At TAF Decor, we are committed to delivering your home décor purchases safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping information carefully.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday).

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed by 4:30 PM CST.

Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier, typically 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times for expedited orders depend on the carrier selected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Any applicable taxes are included in the order total.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
