Shipping Policy

At TAF Decor, we are committed to delivering your home décor purchases safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping information carefully.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Saturday).

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed by 4:30 PM CST.

Orders placed after this time or on Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options are selected by the customer at checkout, as shipping fees are paid by the customer.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the option selected.

Standard shipping delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier, and

typically arrive within 3–7 business days after order processing.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times for expedited orders depend on the carrier and service level selected.

While we work to ensure timely shipment, we are not responsible for delays caused by

shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

At checkout, the (Backorder Sale – Use Only) shipping option is available specifically for backordered items.

This option helps us properly manage backorder shipments.

For items that are not on backorder, standard shipping options will apply.

If a different shipping arrangement is needed, our team will reach out to assist with

selecting a preferred carrier and completing shipping payment.

If you choose not to proceed with the item at that time, we’re happy to cancel the order and promptly release any funds held.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, carrier chosen and/or delivery location.

Any applicable taxes are included in the order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you need to make changes to your shipping or delivery address, please contact us immediately by call or text at (608) 961-1080.

We will do our best to update your information before your order ships.

If the order has already been shipped, we will provide the carrier details so you can contact them directly to request any delivery changes.

Expedited Shipping (Priority Mail): 1–3 days

Express Shipping (Priority Mail Express): 1–2 days

FedEx

Standard Shipping (Ground): 3–5 days

Expedited Shipping (2Day): 2–3 days

Express Shipping (Overnight): 1 day

Weather or Holidays may delay delivery times.
