How Our Return Process Works

Submit Your Return Request
Start your request here or email us with your order number, the issue you’re
experiencing, and someone from our team will contact you.

Return Label Costs

(Automatically deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged)
$8.95 — items 0–10 lbs 
$11.95 — items 10-20 lbs 
$16.95 — items 20+ lbs 

If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, TAF Decor covers the return shipping cost.

Pack & Ship Your Item
Securely package your item in its original condition and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Inspection & Processing
Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect it within 2–5 business days.

Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit
After inspection, we will:
Issue a refund
Process your replacement
or
Issue store credit (if applicable) in either a coupon or an adjustment to your loyalty points.
An email notification will be sent once this step is complete.
 
 Before You Begin Your Return
Please make sure:
The item is in it's original condition
All accessories, inserts, or parts are included
Keep your tracking number after shipping your return
and forward the tracking number to support@shoptafonline.com
