Local Delivery Terms & Conditions
TAF Décor offers local delivery for select orders within eligible delivery areas. By selecting local delivery at checkout, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery Instructions
Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate delivery instructions at the time of checkout. This may include preferred placement locations such as:

  • Front door

  • Back door

  • Front or Back Porch

  • Outside Garage

  • Apartments office, lobby, or mail office

  • Any other safe, accessible location

    If no delivery instructions are provided, the package will be placed in a reasonable and safe location at the delivery address at the discretion of the delivery driver.

    Delivery Scheduling
    Customers may include a preferred delivery time window in the delivery notes at checkout. Local delivery is scheduled after payment has been completed. While TAF Décor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested delivery times, specific time windows cannot be guaranteed. If no preferred delivery time is provided, the order will be delivered according to the estimated delivery date and time scheduled by TAF Décor.


     

Delivery Notification
Once the package has been successfully delivered:

  • The customer will receive a delivery notification confirming the delivery.

  • TAF Décor will update the order status to Delivered.
     

  • Customers are encouraged to retrieve their packages as soon as possible after delivery, if possible.

Local Delivery


Customer Responsibility After Delivery
Once a package has been delivered to the address provided and marked as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

TAF Décor is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed. However, we work diligently to ensure that deliveries are placed in safe and secure locations whenever possible.

Delivery Access
Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for delivery. This includes:

  • Providing gate codes or access instructions if applicable

  • Ensuring pathways are clear of hazards such as snow, ice, pets, or obstacles

  • Confirming that the address provided is accurate


If the delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or safety concerns, the delivery will be rescheduled.

Incorrect Address Information
TAF Décor is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by:

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic delays

  • Safety concerns

  • Other unforeseen circumstances
     

In such cases, TAF Décor will communicate any necessary updates regarding delivery timing.
